While we love creating unique pieces of artwork, we do get some typical questions that we hope we can help address in one easy place. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to hit us up. We're Minneso(r)ta nice. To those enquiring about shipping, we're only dealing local for the time being. As things progress (and hopefully pickup), we are hopeful that we are going to start shipping. For now, these pieces are much too large to ship. Again, hit us up if you REALLY want us to give it a shot and we'd be happy to chat.
FAQ
I saw a piece I like, but it says SOLD. Can you make me the same piece?
No. Cool Story Creative will never replicate a piece. Our goal is to make unique one-of-a-kind pieces that will be sure to create conversations between the one who makes the purchase and everyone who lays eyes upon it. See something you like? We'd be happy to offer you a new piece that will be YOUR one-of-a-kind piece to hang on your wall.
Do you accept custom orders?
Nope. Sorry. We tried to do custom orders. While we appreciate everyone's unique vision, we find with this kind of artwork, it's very difficult to extract exactly what is in your brain and make it specifically what you want. This is custom artwork we are hopeful triggers your interest and appeals to your tastes.
How long until I receive my order?
If you're local, we can schedule a time to meet up that works for you. We are happy to come to you with your new piece of art. If we agree to shipping terms, you will receive a tracking number to be able to see where your new conversation piece is at all times.
Do you accept other payment options?
Cash is King. Always! However, we do accept other forms of payment such as Venmo or PayPal. You can add the item to your cart here through the Store section as well. If you'd like to meet up in person and figure out how to purchase a piece, again, shoot us a message in our Contact Us section and let us know what piece you're looking at. We can schedule a time to meet up and take it off the website as "Pending" so you don't lose the piece you've got your eye on.
